3rd Annual First Step Gala: A Triumphant Evening

November 10, 2017 was a magical night for the Euro-Peds Foundation, and we appreciate everyone who helped give our 3rd Annual First Step Gala such awe-inspiring meaning. Together we will continue to change the lives of many children, young adults and families.

After totaling the proceeds of our 2017 silent auction, raffle and lovely gala, we are so pleased to share that we raised more than $30,000 to provide more children with treatment and travel grants for 2018!

Thank you to our keynote speaker Michigan Supreme Court Justice, Richard Bernstein, for taking time out of your extremely busy schedule to share your strength and inspiring message with our guests.

Thank you to Dana Stout for giving us a tender glimpse into Korie’s world. Her First Step story is so uplifting.

Congratulations to one of the luckiest people we know: Dr. Eileen Donovan for winning the $1,111 raffle for a second year in a row! We swear it’s completely a coincidence. Dr. Donovan was also a 2015 Pacesetter awardee and is one of our favorite medical professionals.

We clap our hands for the Gala’s master of ceremonies, Gregory Bator. You made the evening a heartfelt, engaging experience.

Congrats to Karen Scimeca, volunteer extraordinaire on receiving the Outstanding Volunteer Award. Your hard work and dedication is second to none, and we can’t thank you enough!

Let’s also give one more loud round of applause to our 2017 Pacesetter Awardees as well. Their inspiration creates awareness, makes a difference in the special needs community and so much more.

And last, but never least... we are forever humbled and grateful for our sponsors, silent auction donors and volunteers. Without you, this event could not happen.
